We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead brand development initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining strategic thinking, creative execution, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, identity, and communication guidelines
• Plan and coordinate integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, creative, and other cross-functional teams
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Monitor brand performance, awareness, engagement, and key marketing KPIs
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging
• Manage brand content and creative assets across relevant marketing channels
• Support product launches, campaigns, events, and other brand initiatives
• Work with internal and external partners, agencies, and creative teams when required
• Prepare brand performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data and market insights
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and market positioning
• Continuously evaluate and optimize brand strategies based on performance and changing market trends

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, marketing communications, and customer engagement
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing or brand campaigns
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
