We need someone who can take the reins on marketing and push our name to the next level. What You’ll Own: Create and manage our Facebook and Instagram business pages from scratch Design and run high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility Develop our brand identity and ensure it’s consistent across all platforms Produce engaging, on-brand content (graphics, reels, captions, etc.) Track ad performance and continuously optimize for better results Think big picture—bringing creative marketing ideas to the table and executing fast What We’re Looking For: Strong track record of running Facebook ads with solid ROI Ability to build brand pages and grow a following from the ground up Branding and design experience (you don’t need to be a full graphic designer, but you should know how to make things look clean and professional) A self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged—you run with it and get it done Bonus if you’ve worked with blue-collar, service-based, or B2B industries Why Work With Us: We’re building something real and we’re doing it fast.
