Role Overview As a Senior Brand Strategist and Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing brand strategies for our clients. You will collaborate closely with both non-profit organizations and commercial companies to ensure their brands communicate effectively and authentically with their target audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Create and oversee communication plans across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media. Drive projects from start to finish. Lead creative teams to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. Advise and support clients in their communication efforts, paying special attention to cultural and market-specific nuances. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 5 years experience in brand strategy and communication, preferably with experience in both non-profit and commercial organizations. Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
