ABOUT DEPARTMENT Our strategists are entrepreneurs at heart, and hunt for true insight then use it to build world-changing brands and ventures—through positioning, planning, and brand, business and digital strategy. We fundamentally think that when we design a new product, service, or experience, we’re simultaneously designing the broader business strategy and roadmap for future growth. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a deep understanding of our brand, target audience, and competitive landscape. Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and insights. Assist in the planning, development, and execution of branding campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all touchpoints. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing. Requirements YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Fresher / Some relevant Experience would be an added advantage EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Business / Finance / Technology / Design Strategy / Marketing or other relevant fields. SOFTWARE & APPLICATION- MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint / Google Sheets, Docs. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
