What will YOU do?

• Process Retail Territory Managers' administrative work by posting station orders for both fuel and lubes, reimbursement and subsidy process, and the like
• Provide backend support for frontlines, especially when officers are in the field, driving, or in a different engagement
• Monitor payments, approval, and other items needed for floor-up
• Prepare reports and databases and act as a source of data for the officers
• Inform the assigned Branded Retail Officer and Collection, Ordering, and Scheduling representatives once the current outstanding balance has already maximized the credit term, payables of dealers, and the like

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing and other related courses
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in sales and administration
• Experience in oil, gas, retail, and other related industries is an advantage but not required
• Willing to do fieldwork as needed; Amenable to work on extended hours as needed
