JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the creation of visual assets for various branding campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and other digital and print materials. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas. Use design software and tools to create layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines. Support the production of multimedia content, including images, infographics, videos, and animations. Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and visual appeal. Participate in design discussions, providing insights and suggestions to improve creative processes and projects. Maintain organised files and documentation of design projects, versions, and assets. Adapt designs based on feedback from team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome. Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Performs other related duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Enrollment in a relevant design or art program or recent graduation in graphic design or a related field. Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator & etc) or other equivalent tools. Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory. Strong creativity and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback. Portfolio showcasing your design skills and a range of projects (class assignments, personal projects, etc.).
