Questel is a global, end-to-end intellectual property solutions provider, serving more than 20,000 clients across 30+ countries. Our comprehensive suite of software and services covers the full IP lifecycle: patent and trademark search, analytics and business intelligence, IP and innovation portfolio management, renewals, and translation. We help corporate IP and legal teams, law firms, and innovative companies protect and leverage their intellectual property.

Deployed internationally, our solutions are growing rapidly, driven by a multicultural team distributed across multiple countries. We combine the agility of a startup with the resources of a structured group of 1900 employees in over 30 countries.

Your Role

As Branding & Communication Manager, you will own the group's brand identity and communication strategy, and will be responsible for how Questel looks, sounds, and is understood, both externally and internally. You will lead a team of five, covering Websites, Design, Internal Communication, and Branding, and will work in close collaboration with MarCom, Sales, HR, and Executive leadership to ensure a consistent, compelling, and unified brand experience across every touchpoint and every country.

You will personally take ownership of internal communication, ensuring employees across our 30+ countries stay informed, aligned, and engaged with the group's strategy and culture. Beyond managing your team, you will play a central project management and coordination role, connecting the dots between departments, keeping projects on track, and ensuring clear reporting to stakeholders. You will have real autonomy in execution while relying on expert group resources and robust tools already in place.
