Broker Partnership Manager - Thai Speaker

Responsibilities Develop and expand XTB Thailand’s network of partners across financial, trading, and educational sectors. Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships to increase user acquisition and trading activity. Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with XTB’s business goals, ensuring sustainable collaboration and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with Marketing to execute joint campaigns, co‑branded initiatives, and educational events leveraging partner reach. Monitor partner performance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Work closely with Marketing & Sales to align partnership activities with sales objectives and optimize user and revenue growth. Track and report partnership KPIs, analyze impact, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Support the development of training and enablement materials for partners to ensure brand alignment and effective communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field); advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing — ideally in financial services, fintech, or brokerage in Thailand. Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and creative initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills. Results‑driven with strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Understanding of financial markets and products (stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, etc.). Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Analytical mindset able to interpret complex, multi‑source data and adapt to rapid industry changes. Self‑starter thriving in fast‑moving, experimental environments.
