Brokerage Operations Associate

MDB Capital, a U.S.-based investment firm, is expanding its operations in Managua, Nicaragua, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brokerage Operations Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales and trading operations
• Assemble and review position, balance, and exception reports
• Reconcile trades and review trade details
• Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance
• Address basic client inquiries and account-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of trades and money movement
• Support compliance and regulatory processes
• Compile and present daily financial and trading reports

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Financial Operations, Account Management, or Financial Administration (preferred)
✔ Strong written and spoken English skills
✔ Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
✔ Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-driven mindset
