The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation). YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE: Reporting to the Global Applications Specialist – Lead, you will be part of the Corporate Applications & Development Services team. You will ensure platform objectives are met while promoting Agnico Eagle’s values, health and safety practices, and environmental commitments. You will act as the SAP BTP Platform Administrator, owning the governance, administration, and reliability of SAP Business Technology Platform as an enterprise platform service supporting integrations and application extensions. Own and govern SAP BTP platform structure including global accounts, subaccounts, and standards; Administer platform environments and lifecycle operations ensuring stability and compliance with enterprise practices; Manage identity, access, and certificate lifecycle ensuring secure integration and audit readiness; Operate and monitor SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and connectivity services across SAP and non-SAP systems; Implement monitoring and proactive controls to maintain platform reliability and reduce operational risk; Develop and maintain platform governance artifacts such as runbooks, onboarding standards, and service guardrails; Collaborate with internal teams and SAP to support platform adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Information Technology or a related field; Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in SAP or enterprise platform administration; Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite / CPI, identity and access management, and platform governance; Strong understanding of security, certificates, monitoring, and control-based operations; Ability to work within structured environments aligned to ITIL / SOX principles; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Proficiency in the use of the English language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English is the primary language; Proficiency in the use of the French language is an asset. Your Work Schedule Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Workplace: Possibility to work in one of Agnico Eagle's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d'Or, Mirabel or Toronto.
