Buenos Aires - IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist – Hybrid (GBA North Area, Argentina) We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide services to one of our clients, a multinational company located in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) . This is a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work. Candidates must be based in the northern area of the Greater Buenos Aires region. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support for hardware and software Gradually take ownership of application, infrastructure, and operations support Manage and follow up on tickets Deliver high-quality support to internal users, including senior stakeholders You will be working in an environment based on: Windows 11 Microsoft Office 365 Copilot (nice to have) Requirements Degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Systems, or related field At least 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles Experience supporting senior stakeholders (managers, executives, CEOs) is a strong plus Strong adaptability and willingness to grow within the role Profile We are looking for someone who is: Responsible and proactive Organized and detail-oriented Solution-driven Service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Languages Advanced Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken) If you are looking to grow in a dynamic, international environment and take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you!
