Build Zoho Creator Database out of my Excel sheets

Job Description For this project that I am doing for a client, I have been gathering data I need to analyze in a number of ways. The key parts are countries, regions, funders and issue areas. I need to be able to slice and dice this a number of ways: the funders working in a specific country, the countries a specific funder works in, funders by region (compiling the data for all the countries in that region), etc. Much of the data I have now in a 630 row excel (but only 7 columns). A second sheet I have has a row for each of the 34 countries I am tracking, and 9 columns of relevant data. I do not yet have the issue area data, but will get it in the next few days. I hope to learn from you how to format that excel correctly to easily add to this database. It will simply contain funder and issue areas - one or more of 7-8 specified areas. For this project, I will want you to work in my Zoho account, compiling all this data into a simple database that I can use for analysis and share with my client. I expect that we will need to talk back and forth after you see the data to determine the final design of the database. I have been hiring people on Upwork/Odesk/Elance since before 2010. I value clear and honest communication, and the opportunity to learn from the skilled contractors who work with me. I have very positive feedback from those I have hired. I want to hire hourly, because I do not know how long this project will take. But I would appreciate you giving me a ball park idea of how long you think it might take.
