About the work

Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings using Siemens Desigo CC.

We are looking for experienced Building Automation Operators, BMS Operators, or Controls Technicians who currently use Siemens Desigo CC as part of their day-to-day professional work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how building automation professionals use Desigo CC to monitor and manage building systems. This may include alarm triage, reviewing trend logs, managing occupancy schedules, applying overrides, and performing other routine building management tasks.

There is no teaching or formal presentation required. You’ll simply record your screen while performing typical Desigo CC workflows and provide brief audio commentary as you work.

Responsibilities

• Record 4–5 screen capture videos demonstrating real Siemens Desigo CC workflows

• Demonstrate typical building automation and BMS operational tasks

• Review, investigate, and respond to system alarms

• Review trend logs and historical system data

• Create, review, or modify occupancy schedules

• Perform appropriate equipment or system overrides

• Navigate Desigo CC as you would during normal day-to-day operations

• Provide brief audio commentary explaining your actions

• Ensure recordings represent realistic professional workflows

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

“Review an active alarm in Desigo CC, identify the affected equipment, check relevant system information and trend data, take the appropriate operational action, and verify the resulting system status.”

Other recordings may demonstrate reviewing historical trends, adjusting occupancy schedules, managing alarms, or applying temporary equipment overrides.

Required experience

• Currently use Siemens Desigo CC as part of your professional role

• 3+ years of experience in building automation, Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or a related field

• Hands-on experience performing operational tasks within Desigo CC

• Familiarity with alarm triage, trend logs, occupancy schedules, and system overrides

• Comfortable recording your screen while performing professional workflows

• Able to provide brief and clear audio commentary

• Based in India

Nice to have

• Experience as a Building Automation Operator, BMS Operator, Controls Technician, Controls Engineer, or similar role

• Strong understanding of HVAC and building automation systems

• Experience managing building systems in commercial or enterprise facilities

• Experience troubleshooting controls and responding to building system alarms
