Granola Expert - Workflow Recording (Product Managers and Founders)

About the work

Our client is looking for professionals who regularly manage or attend multiple meetings and use Granola or similar AI meeting-notes tools as part of their day-to-day work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how professionals use AI meeting tools before, during, and after meetings. This may include taking notes during calls, creating and using note templates, searching previous meetings, organizing meeting information, and reviewing or cleaning up AI-generated notes.

You’ll record your screen while completing typical meeting-note workflows and narrate what you are doing so the team can understand how these tools are used in real working environments.

This role is ideal for Product Managers, Founders, Consultants, or other meeting-heavy professionals who already use AI meeting-note tools regularly.

Responsibilities

• Record 4–5 screen captures demonstrating real AI meeting-note workflows

• Demonstrate how you use Granola or a similar tool during or after meetings

• Show workflows such as taking and organizing meeting notes

• Create or use note templates for different types of meetings

• Search and retrieve information from previous meetings

• Review, edit, and clean up AI-generated meeting notes

• Narrate your actions and explain your workflow while recording

• Ensure recordings clearly demonstrate realistic professional use cases

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

“After a product meeting, review the AI-generated notes, correct inaccurate information, organize key decisions and action items, and retrieve information from an earlier meeting to confirm previous discussions.”

Other workflows could include creating a reusable meeting template, searching across previous meeting notes, or organizing notes after multiple calls.

Required experience

• Currently working as a Product Manager, Founder, Consultant, or similar meeting-heavy professional

• Attend or run 5+ meetings per week

• Currently use Granola or another AI meeting-notes tool

• Comfortable recording your screen and narrating your actions

• Able to demonstrate genuine, realistic meeting-note workflows

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Based in India

Nice to have

• Regular user of Granola

• Experience creating reusable meeting-note templates

• Experience using AI tools for meeting summaries, action items, or follow-ups

• Comfortable demonstrating productivity workflows clearly
