  • Model project-specific technology infrastructure including equipment, devices, racks, cabinets, cable tray, conduit, pathways, telecommunications infrastructure, and other elements within the assigned project scope.
  • Maintain appropriate model accuracy and Level of Development (LOD 300 to LOD 500) based on contractual and project requirements.
  • Perform BIM coordination and clash detection, including identifying, reviewing, coordinating, and resolving clashes within the assigned scope. Participate in BIM coordination meetings as required to support real-time review and resolution of coordination issues.
  • Coordinate BIM model content with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other trade models and review federated models to identify coordination concerns affecting the assigned scope.
  • Maintain Revit model organization, including families, views, sheets, links, worksets, shared coordinates, parameters, naming conventions, and applicable project standards.
  • Create and revise technology drawing packages, which may include floor plans, telecommunications layouts, equipment layouts, pathway and infrastructure drawings, rack and equipment elevations, enlarged plans, details, schedules, riser diagrams, and schematics as defined by the project scope.
  • Maintain AutoCAD drawing standards, including layers, blocks, external references, title blocks, sheet numbering, annotation standards, plotting requirements, and file organization.

  • Utilize BIM and coordination platforms including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, and Revizto as required by the project or customer.
  • Evaluate assigned BIM coordination issues to identify modeling or drafting requirements, missing project information, or issues requiring coordination with another discipline. Track assigned issues through resolution and update models after technical direction has been provided.
  • Work closely with internal project teams, sales, customers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project deliverables that meet customer timelines and expectations.
  • Support multiple project assignments and priorities while maintaining drawing and model accuracy, quality, and established CAD/BIM standards.

Qualifications:
