📋 What You'll Architect

As a Business Acceptance Analyst / Digital Solution Validation, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both analytical and consultative, ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements and delivered digital solutions while ensuring production readiness. We are looking for professionals who can connect business needs with technology delivery, ensuring that solutions meet expectations before moving into production. Professionals who think like architects and act like builders.

You will support a global team responsible for the processes, tools, and data governance associated with customer installed-base management, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and digital delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements to understand expected outcomes and acceptance conditions.

• Translate requirements and specifications into structured validation scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Validate delivered functionality against agreed business requirements and solution specifications.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and deviations between requirements and delivered solutions.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and digital delivery teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, validation outcomes, and production readiness.

• Support business acceptance and pre-production validation activities.

• Provide clear evidence-based reporting of validation results and outstanding issues.

• Challenge unclear or incomplete acceptance criteria before solutions progress toward production.

• Apply AI-enabled techniques to improve validation efficiency, requirements analysis, documentation quality, scenario generation, and solution analysis.

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted tools.

• Collaborate effectively with international colleagues while maintaining a strong on-site presence in Bangalore.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in business acceptance, solution validation, functional testing, QA analysis, UAT, or a similar role within digital or technology delivery environments.

• Experience working with business stakeholders and software delivery teams.

• Experience operating within agile or iterative delivery environments.

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Availability to work on-site in Bangalore.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to transform functional requirements into effective validation scenarios and acceptance approaches.

• Experience validating delivered functionality against agreed business requirements.

• Proven ability to identify discrepancies between specifications and delivered solutions.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Experience with requirements traceability and acceptance management processes.

• Experience supporting production-readiness assessments and go-live decisions.

• AI-aware mindset with the ability to apply AI-assisted techniques to validation and analysis activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience validating data-driven applications, platforms, or digital products.

• Knowledge of data quality, data governance, or master data management concepts.

• Familiarity with validation management, defect tracking, or requirements management tools.

• Familiarity with CRM, enterprise applications, or Salesforce ecosystems and the business processes they support.

• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot or other Generative AI tools to support business analysis, validation, documentation, or testing activities.

• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, energy or service environments

• Experience in consulting or client-facing projects.

• Exposure to large-scale international transformation or digitalisation programmes.

• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Testing, Quality Assurance, Agile, Scrum, or related disciplines.
