Business Analyst

Requirements: Experience as a Business Analyst/Product manager/BA combined with Project Management of 2+ years in ad tech Knowledge of the AdTech/Programmatic/OpenRTB, including advertising platforms, supply platforms, and ad exchanges; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations; Experience in creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation; Understanding of gathering the requirements to design detailed feature descriptions for tech team implementation; Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and ad tech; Willingness to work on product development and improvements; English: Upper-Intermediate and above, both verbal and written; Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is a must. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements; Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements; Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing feature improvements/change requests; Conduct in-depth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain; Share the vision; Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives; Participate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs; Develop comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
