Business Analyst

Job Description Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, use cases, and workflows. Analyze system’s business flows, identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives. Work with the CTO and tech teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements. Support the design, development, and deployment of fin-tech applications and platforms. Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Participate in system testing (UAT, SIT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Facilitate communication between business units, developers, and QA teams. Track project progress, report issues/risks, and support project management activities. Ensure compliance with fin-tech industry regulations, data privacy, and security standards. Continuously evaluate emerging fin-tech trends and provide insights into innovation. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Drawing the diagram & wireframe mockups Reports to: CTO. Department: Technology. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in fin-tech, banking, or financial services. Strong understanding and hands-on of digital payments, POS systems, mobile applications, and financial platforms. Experience in creating BRDs, process maps, and user stories. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello). Knowledge of fin-tech regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, GDPR, local banking regulations). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
