With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about finance transformation and business analysis? Then this position is for you. As a Business Analyst , you will contribute to strategic Finance Implementation Projects, helping design and implement functional solutions that support financial reporting and accounting processes in a complex international environment. Build side: Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Design operational and accounting processes aligned with business needs. Define financial data flows between operational and finance systems. Produce detailed functional specifications for technical teams. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Support the evolution of the chart of accounts where required. Participate in project governance meetings and provide regular project updates. Contribute to testing strategies and execute accounting and reporting validation. Support users during post-implementation and stabilization phases. Run side: Analyse and manage enhancement requests related to financial interfaces. Investigate functional issues and propose sustainable solutions. Support maintenance activities for finance applications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity. Contribute to continuous process and reporting improvements. This is your background You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance or accounting environments. You are comfortable working on international projects, interacting with both business and technical stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective functional solutions.
