You will work closely with developers and colleagues from Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service and other departments, helping turn business needs and problems into clear and practical solutions. GET READY TO: Analyze business needs and prepare clear development tasks and requirements. Analyze and manage bugs, prioritize issues, and work with developers until they are resolved. Work closely with business teams to understand their questions, needs, and challenges. Analyze e-commerce systems and understand data flows and frontend and backend interactions. Prioritize tasks and make sure the most important issues are addressed first. Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure solutions meet the requirements. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: 1+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, IT Support, QA or a similar role. Experience in e-commerce is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand e-commerce system logic, data flows, and frontend/backend interactions. Ability to clearly and structurally describe problems and requirements, work independently, and prioritize tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian products. WHY US?
