About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between product strategy, user experience, and technical execution. You’ll collaborate with UX/UI designers, AI engineers, and stakeholders across multiple teams to design and refine intuitive, data-driven chat interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Product & AI Chat Experience

• Partner with UX/UI designers and AI engineers to craft intelligent, user-friendly conversational experiences.

• Define and optimize chat flows, intents, and user journeys for AI-driven interactions.

• Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to continuously enhance engagement and efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.

• Lead workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to align priorities and validate solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage analytics and user feedback to guide product improvements and roadmap planning.

• Support A/B testing and experimentation for AI chat features.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, workflows, and system interactions.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline delivery and boost user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SaaS environments.

• Experience with AI chat systems, conversational design, or NLP-driven applications is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern product management tools.
