As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, scalable, and aligned with client goals. Your work will directly influence products and processes used by leading clients worldwide.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analys
• Technical background in software development or QA (highly valued)
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practice
• Advanced English (written and spoken) — fluent level require
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaborative

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies
• Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance activities

Bring your technical perspective (dev/QA background) to improve solution design and delivery
