Job title - Business Analyst (Mid-Senior)

Project focus

Support for a large-scale eCommerce migration program built on a complex microservices architecture on AWS. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, project management, solution consultants and technical architects, ensuring requirements are captured accurately and translated into clear technical specifications.

Key skills and Experience required

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience at mid-senior level
• Proven end-to-end requirements gathering on large, complex programs
• Strong track record translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders
• Background in large-scale digital transformation or migration programs
• Comfortable identifying gaps and challenging incomplete requirements
• Experience partnering with Architects, Technical Leads and Solution Consultants
• Exposure to microservices architecture, AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB), API-driven integrations, and event-driven/distributed systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
