As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the pivotal bridge between user needs and business objectives, championing user-centric research, shaping product strategy, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact, value-driven solutions.
Specifically, The Role Will See You
- Lead Discovery & Requirements: Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
- Drive Product Backlog Health: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and refine user stories, ensuring technology teams always have clear, actionable tasks.
- Architect Technical Solutions: Partner with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, SREs) to design complex solutions that align with business strategy.
- Champion User-Centric Design: Work alongside UX and Engineering to ensure solutions are both feasible and perfectly aligned with user needs.
- Facilitate Quality Delivery: Support testing and implementation by crafting precise acceptance criteria and collaborating closely with Quality Engineers.
- Mentor & Improve: Champion BA best practices, coach the team to build shared understanding, and drive continuous process improvement.

You will have proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology-driven environment, combined with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Have
- Proven BA Expertise: Bring 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology-driven environments, applying best-practice standards.
- Methodology Mastery: Demonstrate deep expertise in Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Technical & Analytical Prowess: Shine in eliciting and analyzing complex technical requirements, including system analysis and data modeling for large-scale projects.
- Human-Centric Mindset: Leverage your exposure to human-centered design practices to create solutions that truly resonate with user needs.
- Collaborative Leadership: Use your experience in coaching and mentoring to empower squads, fostering a collaborative environment where teams thrive together.
