About The Job
- The Business Analyst’s mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and Information Technology (IT), translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply user’s requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process
Your Main Activities Are
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNP Paribas Business
- Ensure end-user support and resolve production issues
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate on behalf of customers
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare status reporting
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Systems
- At least 3 years of Experience as a data Administrator, Business Analyst or a similar role
- Previous Professional experience in Referential administration (data management, database and others)
- Strong knowledge of information systems
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack, namely, Excel
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Strong analytical mind and problem solving abilities
- Goal oriented and strong planning and organizational skills
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment.

About The Team
- Referential are "reference data" shared across the group to ensure a common view of data attributes and the usage of common nomenclatures all over the Group
- The Referential team is part of Transversal Assets and Information Technology Transversal and Functions (ITTF) organization. The team offers Finance, Risk and Huma Resources “Master Data” solutions across the group, covering structures, nomenclature and dictionary solutions
- Data Quality is the key driver of the team to ensure trustful usage of the data within our systems and the team is organized spread over different domains listed below
- Third Parties, for Finance & Risk third-parties referential
- Structure & Nomenclature, regrouping referential for “financial or organizational structures”
- Data Fabric, provide data quality dashboards, data preparation, create and virtualized the output of queries
- Huma Resources (HR) Referentials recently added other integrated Master data solutions to HR Referentials within a global Governance
- The team is responsible for tasks such as providing high-quality Master Data Solutions, designing and deliver evolutions, giving a technical and functional assistance (and training, among others), administrate the referential (data capture, data checks, parameters, management), ensure a business monitoring (production monitoring), managing re-design projects and providing data-quality monitoring
