Role Description The Business Analyst role at maliroso digital is a full-time, hybrid position based in Enugu, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications for technical and operational teams. Daily responsibilities include evaluating existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the design of efficient workflows and solutions. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating meetings and workshops, and ensuring that proposed changes align with organizational goals and client expectations. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor implementation, assess outcomes, and recommend further enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Proficiency in core business analysis practices, such as requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with business process mapping, optimization, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to define and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with objectives.
• Relevant experience in a consulting, technology, or digital services environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management or workflow tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
