Business Analyst

📍 Athens, Greece | Full-Time | Remote

KAD Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst to support the analysis of business challenges and the development of evidence-based recommendations for small and medium-sized enterprises.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, financial performance, and customer experience. We are looking for someone who can go beyond collecting information and turn data, observations, and business requirements into clear insights and practical recommendations for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze business, operational, and financial data
• Map business processes and identify delays, inefficiencies, overlaps, and operational bottlenecks
• Support business diagnostic assessments
• Develop and monitor KPIs and management dashboards
• Analyze costs, productivity, margins, and operational performance
• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into structured findings and actionable recommendations
• Prepare analyses, presentations, reports, and client deliverables
• Participate in management interviews, workshops, and client meetings
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and agreed actions
• Support advisory projects across strategy, process improvement, commercial effectiveness, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Two to four years of relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, financial analysis, or project management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Good understanding of business processes and financial performance indicators
• Ability to structure complex information and communicate conclusions clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of process mapping and process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and management reporting systems
• Experience working with SMEs, family-owned businesses, or growing organizations
• Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or project management
