Saros Consulting is seeking an experienced technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Premium programme for a large enterprise organisation.

Working closely with the Project Manager, the Business Analyst will lead discovery, requirements analysis, use-case prioritisation, readiness assessment, testing, adoption support and operational handover.

This is a short term contract role, but is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders, technical teams, service owners, security, compliance and suppliers.
• Document current-state collaboration processes, user journeys, pain points, personas and business requirements.
• Identify and prioritise Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Premium use cases.
• Define expected outcomes, acceptance criteria, dependencies and measurable benefits.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements covering identity, security, compliance, data governance, licensing and service readiness.
• Maintain requirements traceability, user stories, decisions, assumptions, dependencies and analysis documentation.
• Support readiness assessments, pilot definition, rollout cohorts, test planning and user acceptance testing.
• Work with change and adoption teams on stakeholder analysis, communications, training needs, feedback and user readiness.
• Analyse pilot feedback, usage measures and business outcomes to support phased rollout decisions.
• Support the transition of agreed processes, controls and documentation into operational ownership.

Required experience

• Business Analysis experience within complex Microsoft 365, digital workplace, cloud or enterprise technology programmes.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI adoption or AI-enabled workplace transformation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and modern collaboration capabilities.
• Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, process mapping, use-case analysis and user-story skills.
• Technical literacy across identity, security, compliance, data governance, licensing, integrations and service readiness.
• Experience supporting pilots, UAT, rollout readiness and operational transition.
• Change and adoption experience, including stakeholder engagement, communications and training requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across business, technical and executive audiences.

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform, Viva, responsible AI governance or IT service management would be advantageous.
