We are looking for a curious and analytical Business Analyst to join Televic NV. In this role, you will help translate business needs into practical solutions by working with data, processes and business systems.

You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build further experience in ERP, reporting, business intelligence and process improvement while gaining a strong understanding of how different business domains work together.

Your responsibilities

Maintain and improve the quality, consistency and governance of master data across business systems.
Support the day-to-day management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
Help business users work efficiently with the tools and systems used within Televic.
Develop, maintain and optimize reports and dashboards that provide clear, accurate and actionable business insights.
Analyze business data and translate it into understandable visualizations and recommendations.
Investigate existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of more efficient workflows.
Act as a bridge between operations and technical teams by gathering requirements, understanding business needs and helping translate them into workable solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT to support cross-functional projects and improvements.

Who are you?

You have a degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field.
You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems in a structured way.
You have basic knowledge of SQL, Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
You have an interest in ERP systems, business intelligence, data analysis and process improvement. (Experience in Odoo is a big plus)
You are curious to understand how different business domains work, including sales, marketing, finance and supply chain.
You are approachable, communicative and comfortable working with different teams across the organization.
You are comfortable communicating in English. Dutch or French are a plus.
