Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• • Gather and analyze business requirements, working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and expected outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Cooperate with developers to discuss technical feasibility, scope, dependencies and estimated effort.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and process descriptions, mainly using Confluence.
  • Support developers during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving business-related questions.
  • Help evaluate proposed solutions, taking into account technical limitations, GDPR/RODO and system capabilities.
  • Model and visualize processes or functionalities using tools such as Figma and other suitable solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• • 3–4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with preference for candidates with around 5–6 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect business stakeholders with development teams.
  • Practical experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and experience working with development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to work from the office in Olsztyn in a hybrid model, initially around 3 days per week.
