  • Validate and refine requirements with stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
  • Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through to development and testing.

Process Mapping & Business Analysis:
  • Analyse existing business processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce clear, accurate process maps (current and future state) for use by Functional Consultants and Product teams.
  • Identify system‑level impacts, integration points, and required data flows.
  • Provide analytical insights to support solution design discussions (without prescribing consulting or configuration decisions).

Data Understanding & Stewardship Support:
  • Document data requirements, data sources, ownership, dependencies, and quality considerations.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks related to data needed for system functionality.
  • Support analysis of data flows across modules and integrations.

BA Support During Development & Testing:
  • Collaborate with Developers to clarify requirements, edge cases, and business rules.
  • Validate that technical designs align to documented requirements.
  • Develop and support execution of test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support QA teams by resolving requirement‑related queries and validating system behaviour.
  • Participate in UAT support with Functional Consultants and stakeholders.

Implementation Support:
  • Provide the analytical foundation for Implementation teams by ensuring requirements are correct, complete, and well‑documented.
  • Assist Functional Consultants by clarifying business rules, data requirements, and expected outcomes.
  • Support user enablement through well-structured documentation and clear explanations of system behaviour.
