About The Role
This role exists to answer a specific question for clients spending money on paid search: what are we buying, what is it returning, and where should the budget move next. You will own the numbers and the analysis behind those answers, from pulling the raw platform data through to the slide or memo a board or a marketing director reads before signing off the next quarter.
The work is paid-click demand, but the analysis rarely stops at the bid. You will look at search terms, competitive auctions, landing page behavior, margin by product line and the relationship between paid and organic, then say plainly which part of the spend earns its place. You will work alongside principals who scoped the mandate and will deliver it with you.
What You Will Do
People who settle in here tend to be writers first and analysts second. They like a number they can defend, they are comfortable asking a client to explain a term they use loosely, and they would rather form a view and be held to it than hand over four options and a request for guidance. The hybrid arrangement puts you in Riyadh with the team and in front of clients, and the work tends to hold its shape long enough for you to see whether it was right.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain the reporting that clients use to judge paid search performance, covering spend, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and the margin behind each conversion.
- Run search term, auction and competitor analysis, then write the short memo that says what should change and why.
- Take the platform exports and internal sales data and turn them into one reconciled view that a finance or marketing lead can trust.
- Sit in client working sessions to walk through the numbers, answer questions on the spot and note where assumptions need testing.
- Support the principal in building budget scenarios, testing them against historical performance before they reach a board or committee.
- Document the measurement logic behind each recommendation so the client can carry it forward after the engagement ends.
- Comfort with paid search platforms and the data they produce, including campaign structures, bidding and attribution settings.
- Strong spreadsheet work: modeling, cleaning messy exports, and building a view someone else can follow without a call.
- The ability to write clearly in English and in Arabic, since client documents and working sessions can move between both.
- Judgment about which finding matters and which does not, and the discipline to say so rather than present everything you found.
- Experience in a client-facing setting, whether in-house, at an agency, or in a consulting or advisory context.
- Willingness to work in Riyadh on a hybrid basis, with time in the office and time with clients.
- Within the first few months, the client stops asking for the monthly report because they already know what is in it and what it means.
- Budget recommendations you built survive the principal's review and the client's finance team without rework.
- Someone on the client side can explain your measurement logic back to you, correctly, without your help.
- The principal can hand you a messy data set and a question on a Monday and trust the answer by Thursday.
