We are hiring a Business Analyst in Operational Oversight – Compliance at BCBST!
In this role, you will support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting, with a focus on TennCare CHOICES and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS). As a key member of the Operational Oversight – Compliance team, you will monitor data for timeliness and compliance standards, assist with external audits, identify potential issues, and support the development of solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency and resource utilization. You will help identify and investigate issues, analyze data and trends, recommend process improvements, and ensure work is completed accurately and within established deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review, along with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Previous team lead experience is highly preferred, along with professional conduct and auditing credentials. CHOICES/LTSS experience is also preferred.
