Responsibilities

• Run backlog refinement and decompose initiatives into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the requirements package and full traceability from requirements to tests in VA tools.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions, workshops and stakeholder reviews with VA logisticians and clinicians.
• Draft requirements analysis proposals for new intake requests: scope, level of effort and labor mix.
• Analyze data, build reports and process models, and support UAT and release validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria on Agile/SAFe teams.
• Requirements traceability and backlog management in Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitating elicitation sessions and stakeholder reviews.

Desired Skills:

• VA, VHA logistics or supply chain domain experience.
• SQL or Power BI for data analysis.
• UAT planning and execution.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA or SAFe POPM preferred.

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

• Remote, USA.

Pay Range:

• The suggested pay for this position ranges from $83,546 to $95,875.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
