Digital Business Analyst-

Location: Manchester or Newcastle (3 days per week in the office)

Rate: Up to £600 per day

IR35: Inside IR35

Clearance: BPSS required

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation team, helping shape a major initiative focused on modernising financial processes and improving citizen outcomes.

Working alongside product managers, strategists, solution architects and other BAs, you’ll play a key role in discovery, analysing business needs and shaping future solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery activities.
• Elicit and refine business and user requirements.
• Analyse and map business processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Develop solution options and evidence-based recommendations.
• Engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate within an Agile, multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong digital Business Analysis experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in requirements engineering and process modelling.
• Proven ability to analyse complex problems and recommend improvements.
• Experience delivering change from discovery through to implementation.

Desirable: Public sector, payments, strategy, business architecture or service design experience.
