Job Description:

• This is primarily a Private Banking Onboarding Business Analyst role, not a generic KYC Business Analyst role.
• We are looking for someone who has knowledge of KYC process along with CRM tool (no specific tool knowledge is required) and basic knowledge of wealth management.
• The hiring manager specifically mentioned that experience limited to onboarding individual clients would not be sufficient. Knowledge of legal entities, trusts or foundations would be particularly valuable.
• It is a migration project; they are migrating from current KYC tool (Appway) to inhouse developed tool.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in gathering and analyzing client requirements, and write detailed functional specifications
• Support and assist the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles.
• Ensure the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs/integration tests.
• Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.
• Provide level 3 support in case of production incidents.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the design and development of web applications.
• Proven expertise in CRM and front office activities.
• Solid understanding of onboarding processes, KYC, and compliance requirements.
• Experience on Private banking or wealth management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas.
• Affinity for user experience, web responsiveness, and, optionally, mobile development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Autonomy and ability to independently analyze data from various systems.
• Experience using AI tools with analysis tasks
• Nice to Have: Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
• Higher education in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or equivalent qualifications.
• Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
• Excellent organizational skills, resilience under stress, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Experience of using AI tool to analyse data, writing user stories.
• Strong communication skills as this role will require to interact with higher leadership
