Advise on optimal operational processes while identifying region-specific nuances Extensive experience using LoanIQ in commercial lending Previous experience in implementation/migration projects Strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicate lending, and wholesale banking Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to provide updates to senior management on progress of migration
