Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills:
- Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and requirement documentation.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Work Authorization:
- Candidates must have valid US work authorization.
- Green Card (GC) holders and H-4 EAD holders are welcome.
- OPT candidates are not eligible.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Experience Required: 4–8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
