Analyze business documents such as policies, processes, procedures, and regulations, and translate them into system or application requirements . Assist in or lead the creation of process maps , business workflows, and user journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and other analysts. Help ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements. Participate in or lead client meetings to clarify requirements and present findings. Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs. Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment. What We’re Looking For: 2 - 6 years of experience in business consulting, analysis, or a similar role. BSc/BA in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field will be consider as a strong asset Ability to understand and work with business documentation and translate it into functional/technical requirements. Possess experience with various project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), as well as portfolio management or financial analysis (considered an asset). Proven experience in designing business flows and functional specifications. Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile apps, and web services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style. High level of professionalism and work ethic. Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
