The role

As the Business Analyst, you are the analytical right hand to our Chief Revenue Officer. You will own the numbers leadership sees every day: what happened, why it happened, and what it means for the decisions in front of us. Our analytics team has already built the reporting layer. Your job is not to build it again - it's to live in it, know it cold, and turn it into judgment. As the Business Analyst, you will run the reporting cadence, explain movements in the business, forecast where we're heading, and tell the Commercial team plainly when something doesn't add up. This is a business role with analytical depth, not an engineering role. Your leverage comes from business fluency, clear thinking, and the trust of the people you serve.

What you’ll do

• Act as the Commercial Team's go-to analyst: frame the question, do the work, and deliver a recommendation, not just a chart.

• Explain revenue movements by breaking them into volume, price, mix, and retention, and separate real signal from seasonality and noise.

• Become the most fluent person in the company on our Sigma reporting: what exists, what each metric means, and where the edges are.

• Catch problems early. When a number looks wrong, you flag it to the analytics team before it reaches leadership.

• Partner across Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, and Pharmacy Operations to land decisions, not just deliver analysis.

What We’re Looking For

MUST-HAVES

• 5+ years in business analysis, revenue or sales operations, or a comparable analytical role, including direct support of senior leaders.

• Fluency in a modern BI tool as a power user: you can navigate, filter, and interrogate existing dashboards rather than waiting for someone to pull a number.

• Executive communication: you can write the memo, build the deck, and give a crisp answer under ambiguity.

• Business judgment. You notice when a number looks wrong, and you say so.

• The confidence to push back, and the discipline to prioritize across competing asks.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, or subscription/recurring-revenue experience.

• Healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or other regulated-data experience (HIPAA).

• Sigma and Snowflake familiarity.
