Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & Process Optimization

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyzing and documenting existing applications, workflows, and end-to-end business processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements, with a focus on automation and process optimization.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Collaborating to redesign processes and improve system performance.
• Producing comprehensive documentation such as specifications, manuals, and release notes.
• Supporting project delivery by assisting in scope definition, validation, and ensuring business readiness.
• Facilitating training, knowledge sharing, and managing release processes.

​What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience in process optimization.
• Skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for challenging and improving existing workflows.
• Experience or interest in automation and digital solutions is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like French or Flemish/Dutch are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused with attention to detail.
