We’re Hiring: Business Analyst | E-commerce

We’re looking for a technically strong Business Analyst to join our team and work on complex e-commerce solutions for international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond writing tickets — a person who enjoys exploring platforms hands-on, understanding how systems work, and collaborating closely with developers to build effective, scalable solutions. A background in QA or software testing would be a strong advantage!

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce projects for international clients

• Strong technical background and the ability to independently explore and understand complex platforms

• Experience in requirements gathering, clarification, user story creation, and feature documentation

• Ability to understand platform architecture, integrations, and the interaction between core functionality and customer-specific solutions

• Experience with B2B Commerce, web or mobile applications, business applications, or self-service portals

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage scope, prioritize requirements, and drive features toward delivery

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian

💡 A QA background is a big plus! We’re particularly interested in candidates with hands-on testing experience who can investigate system behavior, understand technical details, and identify potential issues independently.
