Job Description
Join our Markets Business Technology team as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to translate complex requirements into functional specifications that deliver real value. This role offers the opportunity to shape how technology serves our markets business.
What you will be doing:
You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business expectations. Working closely with QA, Testing, Architecture, and Engineering teams, you will ensure that functional designs align with technical capabilities and business objectives.
The workplace can be in Lithuania or Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the monthly salary range: from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).

What you will be doing:
You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business expectations. - Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
- Collaborate with technology teams to align solution designs
- Recommend enhancements to improve system effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business processes
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and user acceptance processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with financial markets or banking technology would be valuable, along with familiarity with agile methodologies.
