Business Analyst for Planning application

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Planning Application project, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Sales Planning, and Forecasting.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills, along with experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, managing stakeholders, and supporting application testing.

The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to understand planning requirements and translate business needs into effective application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
  

• Analyze existing workflows and identify gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  

• Support Sales Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Budget Planning activities.
  

• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and manage changes.
  

• Support application testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  

• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and requirement specifications.

Experience & Education
