Business Analyst (Functional)

Job Description This is a remote position. Excellent Communication Skills Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst working with IFS Cloud ERP systems Role Overview: As a Business/Functional Analyst, this will play a crucial role in assessing, configuring, and optimizing our IFS Cloud ERP system across various modules, including Finance, Human Capital Management, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Service Management, and Asset Management. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, evaluate existing configurations, and propose scalable solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: •Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new configurations, reports, and integrations within the IFS Cloud ERP system. •System Evaluation: Assess the existing IFS Cloud configurations to determine their ability to meet new business requirements and identify areas for improvement or change. •Solution Design: Develop scalable and efficient solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations, to address business needs while ensuring system stability and performance. •Documentation: Write detailed functional specifications, requirements documents, and solution design documents to support development and implementation efforts. •Testing and Validation: Coordinate and perform testing of new configurations, reports, and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements and perform as expected. •User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the IFS Cloud ERP system and understand new functionalities. •Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Required Experience and Qualifications: • Certification : IFS Cloud Practitioner certification in any of the relevant modules (Finance, Human Capital Management, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Service Management, and Asset Management). Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing IFS Cloud ERP modules. Strong understanding of ERP integration principles and practices. Experience with IFS Cloud reporting tools and data analysis. Ability to write detailed functional specifications and requirements documents. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: •  Experience with ERP implementations and upgrades. •  Knowledge of industry best practices for ERP systems and business processes. •  Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
