  • Establishes strong, positive relationships with business units, Product Managers and external data providers to identify and document requirements and serves as the point of contact for partner-service questions and issues.
  • Prioritizes business demands; participates in planning and prioritization meetings and maintains a prioritized backlog of enhancements, defect fixes, report requests and other mbank integration work that reflects organizational priorities.
  • Defines data quality rules, validation and exception-handling requirements; monitors API and microservice performance, error rates and data discrepancies, and coordinates root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Plans and executes user acceptance testing, regression testing and release validation for API and microservice changes; supports deployment, change management and post-release review.
  • Supports data governance and metadata standards by documenting identifier crosswalks, authoritative sources, data lineage and ownership between mbank, EIDR, IMDb and downstream consumers.
  • Collaborates with product and project teams, business partners, IT and security leaders, and often leads planning efforts; manages ambiguity, creates accurate effort estimates, and recognizes the implications of business strategy changes.
  • Develops training materials, process documentation, SOPs and help guides; supports and trains staff and business partners on mbank data and API capabilities.
  • Investigates, resolves and escalates problems, and serves as an escalation point for others.
  • Supports the Scrum Master and acts as a facilitator in all phases of the application lifecycle except development.
