Business Analyst IT - Finance

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst to join a remote Finance project focused on e-invoicing. You will work with Finance and IT teams to analyze business processes and translate their needs into clear functional requirements.

👉 Your missions?

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and detailed specifications.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, track project progress and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring that delivered functionalities meet the defined requirements.

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Mandatory experience in Finance-related environments or Finance projects.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence, with experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in financial services, banking or other finance-related transformation projects would be a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments would be an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
