Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions effectively support business objectives and processes.
  

• Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting functional specifications, supporting solution design, and coordinating testing and user adoption activities.
  

• The role contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes by leveraging standard Dynamics 365 capabilities and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Dataverse.
  

• The Business Analyst works closely with business owners, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions while ensuring alignment with governance, security, and data management standards.
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Services).
  

• Business analysis and requirements management experience.
  

• Process modeling and functional specification writing.
  

• Understanding of Power Platform and application integrations.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with proven experience in Dynamics 365 projects and business analysis.
  

• Languages: English and French. If French is not possible, English should be at a very good level.
  

• Presence: Remote work is acceptable most of the time, but should be able to come on site if necessary for important analysis or SteerCo meetings.
