About the company:

You will join a dynamic IT team within a fast-paced international company where technology plays a key role in supporting business operations and driving continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted partner to business users, you will contribute to the adoption, optimisation and support of critical applications while working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments.

Your responsibilities:

Business Analysis (70% of the role)

• Act as the primary point of contact for business users, understanding their needs and translating them into practical solutions.
• Work closely with operations, treasury and accounting teams to improve processes and drive technology adoption.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user procedures and functional specifications.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing and project-related initiatives.
• Deliver user training and support change management activities across the organization.

Application Support (30% of the role)

• Provide Level 1 support for operational applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
• Investigate application, data and workflow-related incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Manage reference data and contribute to maintaining application quality and efficiency.
• Support vendor relationship management, including application administration and licence coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the user community.

Your profile:

• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the financial sector
• You have experience working closely with end users and translating business needs into effective solutions.
• You have a good understanding of data structures and basic SQL querying skills.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation initiatives or business process optimisation is considered an advantage.
• You are customer-focused, proactive and comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• You are fluent in English.
