On behalf of our client, a long-established and financially solid company in Liechtenstein, we are looking for a Business Analyst focusing on Salesforce CRM to join its Digital Transformation team on a permanent basis.
The team is responsible for further developing the company’s Salesforce landscape. In this in-house role, you own business requirements from initial analysis through go-live and user adoption, working closely with stakeholders across business units and IT, with genuine room to take responsibility and bring in new ideas.
Your responsibilities
Analyse and prioritise business requirements and follow their implementation through to a successful go-live.
Optimise processes together with business and IT stakeholders and develop sustainable Salesforce solutions with clear business value.
Create functional specifications, use cases, user stories and prototypes as the basis for technical implementation.
Plan and coordinate testing, ensure functional quality and support the acceptance of new solutions.
Drive user adoption through training and enablement.
Your profile
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Project Manager, in consulting or in-house.
University or university of applied sciences degree in business, business informatics or a comparable field.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst) are desired; further certifications are a plus.
Experience with CRM in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Native-level or C1 German and good English.
A structured, analytical and proactive way of working, and enjoyment of agile, cross-functional teamwork.
What the client offers
Fixed salary plus performance-related bonus.
Hybrid working with up to 40% home office, flexitime and trust-based working hours.
A generous pension plan with the employer covering two thirds of the savings contribution.
25 to 30 vacation days, with the option to buy additional days.
Partial reimbursement of health insurance premiums and full salary continuation in case of illness or accident.
Extended parental leave and family support.
A stable, values-driven employer consistently ranked among the top employers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
